AWFUL The guy that intakes the car has a horrible attitude. No personality what so ever, acts like he doesn't understand conversational English. Plus it's the only car wash I know that you have to tip when you drop it off and again when they dry it. At drop off, they "supposedly" scrub the rims, they call it "Wheel Bright" in the services description. Literally, a couple of slaps with a wet broom and it's done. I paid $10 extra for the grand prix service, which adds a thorough interior cleaning that is supposed to include a protective shine application. There was one guy who worked on the car interior, and I don't but, he was in there for less than a few minutes. On the way, and after I got home, I realized what horrible job they did on the interior and on my rims. With the cost of the service and the tips, I paid close to $50. for an absolutely AWFUL carwash. NEVER EVER AGAIN

I paid $43.50 for a Grand Prix car wash today, but it was far from the experience I had expected. The automatic wash missed several parts of my car, so I had to come home and hand wash them. To make matters worse, the workers only cleaned the left side of the car, which is visible to customers. I’ve stopped coming to this car wash for this reason, but I was close by and decided to give them another chance. However, I’ve learned my lesson and won’t be returning.

I will not be bringing my car to this place again I paid for 40 plus tips and my interior of the car is was not cleaned properly it was a waste of money and time very disappointing Ive gone here a couple of time and never had this issue before until now.

Ripoff for poor service. I paid $31 for a car wash. A woman was in charge of drying the exterior, she only dried about half the car. When I brought all of the water left on the car to her attention, she said to get away from me. Then, when she tried to get me to take the car again, still 1/3 wet, I again asked her to finish drying the car, she again refused to finish drying the car and kept repeating have a nice day, have a nice day, so that I would leave with the wet water-spots car. I had to ask other employees and the manager to finish drying the car. They weren’t even busy, there were no cars behind me. The employees were just standing around and were extremely lazy. An unpleasant crappy experience for $31. Never again.

Just got back from this car wash and I'm re-cleaning my interior. Paid $21 for SUV before tip, and it seems that this did not include a wipe down of dash, seats and inside doors. My bad for not examining the menu closer to confirm what you get for $21. Gave 2 stars instead of 1 bc the exterior was great and the cashier was super friendly!
